◎The Consulate General of Japan is introducing an online system for booking an appointment for the consular services listed in Section 1 below. Consular services listed in Section 2 are available without an appointment.
◎Please be on time for your appointment. Please understand that late arrivals may not be accommodated.
◎Please note that you may be asked to wait even if you have an appointment.
 
1　予約を必要とする領事窓口サービス
●パスポートの申請
●パスポートの受領
●各種証明書の申請（警察証明、在留証明、署名証明、出生証明、婚姻証明、翻訳証明等）
●各種証明書の受領
●マイナンバーカードの申請
●マイナンバーカードの受領
●届出（出生、死亡、婚姻等の戸籍関連の届出、国籍選択等の国籍関連の届出）
●日本入国のビザの申請（在留資格認定証明書を所持する場合を除く）

1. Consular services that require an appointment
●Visa application (excluding those who hold a Certificate of Eligibility)
●Passport application
●Receipt of passport
●Certificate application (e.g., police certificate, residence certificate, signature certificate, birth certificate, marriage certificate etc.)
●Receipt of various certificates
●Indivisual Number Card application
●Receipt of Indivisual Number Card
●Family register matters (births, death, marriage etc.) and Nationality related matters (choice of nationality)

2　予約を必要としない領事窓口サービス
●在外選挙人登録（随時受け付け）
●ビザの受領（午後1時～3時）
●ビザの申請で、在留資格認定証明書を所持する場合（午後1時～2時）
その他、緊急トラブル等のご相談は随時受け付けております。

2. Consular services that do not require an appointment
●Overseas voter registration (anytime)
●Receipt of visa (1:00pm to 3:00pm)
●Visa application for a Certificate of Eligibility holder (1:00pm to 2:00pm)
